there is an extra chromosome no:13 i.e there are three copies of chromosome 13 instead of normal two.

1:5000 births
Clinical features:
*Low set ears
*Cleft lip and palet
*polydactyly
*micro-ophthalmia
*learning defficulties
Mortality
Rarely survive for more than a few weeks.
